So Israel and Palestine are bombing each other, organizing cease fires, and then bombing each other again within hours. ISIS militants wreaking havoc in Iraq and beheading American journalists. An Ebola outbreak that is worse than any outbreak the world has ever seen which has now arrived on US soil via quarantined individuals. North Korea still being the way that North Korea is. Civil unrest in Brazil because of that damned World Cup stadium. Tensions with US and Russia again because of the downing of the Malaysian airliner and also because some people just cant forget the 1980s film Red Dawn. And riots in ferguson because people happen to not like being shot at by a militarized police force (what a surprise!) Does that about cover it? Jesus, and my generation of reality tv and smart phone obsessed degenerates are supposed to be able to fix all this? Makes you miss the days when the biggest concern was going to hell for eating meat on a Friday.
