So, Ive been calling Southwest Airlines for the last 2 days. The first conversation, I knew more than the customer service rep. I got NO where. Then called back again this morning and told her my dilemma/concerns about our flight tomorrow. She said, oh yes, I can help you. Then put me on hold for 25 mins and I hung up. Just called again and she flat out told me she could not help me. Im not asking for anything crazy...stuff that is done all the time. Where has good customer service gone? Im now regretting flying Southwest.....and I havent even gotten on the plane.
