So, Ive started The Purge today! This is what I spent nearly 4 hours and 8 trash bags later doing. Purging my kids closets. AND I have to purge, de-clutter 11 years worth of stuff in my house because were selling it in 3 months to move out of state sigh... No one on earth despises purging and de-cluttering more than I! I hate the work that goes into it but I love the feeling of freedom once you let go! A friend recommends I read The Life Changing Magic Of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo which basically says get rid of everything that doesnt spark joy in your home. So, thats where youll find me the next 3 months probably drowning in piles of stuff that hasnt sparked joy in ages when Id rather read a novel, write, work on my blog...umm, sip a fancy umbrella drink on a Maui Beach, I can think of 1,0001 things Id rather be doing but I know the end result will be so free-ING!
