So I’m Starting the 3 Day Refresh today and I’m so excited b/c I know I’m going to get rid of so much junk that I’ve consumed since the 4th of July Weekend! Hey! I’m human too, but I’m just not going to wait for Monday, I’M STARTING NOW! To help me prepare for the nxt 3-Days, I’m following these easy steps, and you should too #noMatterWhat: 1. Clean out your kitchen, removing any junk foods or trigger foods that could derail your program. 2. Read the Program Guide to familiarize yourself with the program and the food choices. 3. To make shopping and planning simple, fill out your choices from the Fruit, Vegetable, Healthy Fat, and Guilt-Free Flavoring options in the spaces provided in your Program Guide. 4. Shop for your 3-Day Refresh fresh foods (a day or two prior). If you are following a different program, post below which one in the comments below.
