So Lorie Pringle and I beat Marvel Heroes as Loki and Thor. My Loki at level Thirty five and Thor at twenty five. The final boss was Classic Loki. And the last cut scene (if you beat him) has him switch sides because the fire demons are invading. I only wanted to rule Asgard. He wants to destroy the world. Note the difference. The game pretty much ends with You beat it but there are lots of things you can still do and we add to it all the time! So its pretty much on a to be continued note with Loki switching sides. One odd thing though is the final Motion comic cut scene makes a rather glaring mistake. Loki has always been green eyed in the comics, films (except Avengers) and even animated incarnations.
