I have a feeling that they will deliberate very carefully and then approve the steps for the leadership race, as suggested (dictated) by Stalinger, meaning that he will remain the Premier while the race is ongoing, giving him an unfair advantage over any challengers, but thats openness and fairness for you, from the Dear Leader.
