So Ted Cruz U.S. Senator from Texas was born in Calgary Canada, there is no one disputing or denying that. He has a mother that is an American citizen born in Delaware, but his father was still a Cuban national at the time of his birth. So is he a natural born U.S. citizen? Some say if both parents are not American and if you are born outside the country then you are not, however, history and past case law says yes he is, and I personally think he is and has a right to run for President if he chooses. If any Republicans embrace that logic, which is actually just the law, then the so called Birther Bullshit will finally be dead..(well not to crazy ppl) but Donald Trump would finally shut-up hopefully. After all President Obama was born in a State, which grants you automatic citizenship, but lets say he was born in Kenya or on the Moon(Which he was not)..since his mother was a U.S. citizen he automatically gets to be a U.S. citizen by birth, just like Ted Cruz..So end of story!!!!
