Today has been a rough day. It started out awesome . The neice and nephew came over with Bella, and we were having a great time. Then today Brooklyn, Zaydin and myself were outside and the dogs were having a blast inside and out back. Brooklyn went inside to get some water and was taking more time than I thought necessary, so I was headed in to investigate. Thats when Brooklyn met me in the living room, and said Higgins is in the kitchen, on the floor, not moving, Im scared. I sent Brooklyn outside, this is not something an eight year old should see. Higgins was in fact lifeless on the floor, and I am unsure of how long he had been there. I checked for a pulse, and breathing and nothing. I didnt know how long he had been there so I started CPR, it took almost 20 minutes to get him breathing on his own, but he is still with us. We just went to have a listen to his heart, and no fluid build up. I am unsure of how much longer he will be with us. His cardiovascular incidents are becoming much more frequent, and I dont broadcast every incident because we hear and see enough negative stuff, I dont want to add to it. If you could keep him in your thoughts that would be awesome!
