So Today was my visit :)nycp.. to say my pft went up 2 points Im now 73 From lung prospective ,Im doing great I did lose 2 pounds but thats fine , there main concern is my stomach right now , They feel I either have Gastro-porosis or ulcers from meds.. I will be going for testing tho soon .. I need my eyes checked asap due to long term prednisone its killing my eyes & have to be checked for cataracts .. all my blood work for kidneys and all will be done by Thursday if not tomorrow ! Joy & myself brought up hearts N heand to the hosp they luv this idea my dr is so happy Im doing this ,so we gave her the packet shes very excited and says its a win win here ((YESSS)) So when it goes higher up we will get our own room to use once or twice a month My dr feels me promoting copd & quit smoking will be a benefit to them soo were are getting started & keeping our fingers crossed Oh I did my 6 min walk in 1277 feet very impressive they said lmao Now Im exhausted & will be relaxing the rest of the night !! when I quit smoking & I was given a beautiful new pink lung that change my life forever giving a shout out to my dad , HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE BEST MAN IN MY LIFE 78 & going strong , who quit smoking when he was in his 30s guess what hes a copder .. itll get ya sooner or later , thank god he quit when he did . luv u my dad (( more ))lol and he says I luv u longer DONT FORGET TO THE FLU SHOT :) I GOT MINE TODAY :)
