So Toni was looking for a breakfast casserole recipe for Christmas morning... and it so happens Ive got one.. I thought Id share it here. As written its a hash recipe, but it also makes a fine casserole, or a breakfast pot pie (which I include alternate recipe options for). For a casserole, just take the fat from sauteeing the meat and make a white gravy out of it. Fill the casserole pan with the meat, potato, and gravy mixture, then top with breadcrumbs and cheese, and bake till the potatoes are tender and the top is GBD. anarchangel.blogspot/2005/03/recipes-for-real-men-volume-3.html
