So Yasuo is extremely broken. I mean, some of you may have guess that, but let me break it down for you a bit. His Q: -Critically strikes. The Whirlwind also critically strikes, as does the sweeping aspect of it if you cast this immediately after casting his E. -Procs off Statick Shyv (I think, have to test it more to make sure) -Is on a 1 sec. cooldown at max rank. His W - Not much to say about it. Blocks projectiles (all of them) and gets wider each level up. His E: -0.5 sec. cooldown at max rank. -Targeted ability -Consecutive use increases damage, but you cant target the same champion for about 10 secs (We all knew this, but Im just including it). His Ultimate: -30 sec. cooldown at max rank -Targeted ability -Damages all enemies that are airborne. (Yes, if you are airborne, you are getting hit. Nothing you can do about it). Now I know its PBE, but he needs some major balancing. If you build an IE and Statick Shyv, that puts you at around 95% Crit chance due to his passive.
