So...You may have been waiting for this...Due to some recent changes in our life regarding housing and employment, we find ourselves in the unique position to do something we have long talked and dreamed about. We are planning to pack up the family and head out on the open road in June. Our goal is to spend an undetermined amount of time touring the United States so that I can focus more on my music, and Erik can work on a photography project hes had in mind for some time. While some may think we are crazy, we feel weve been given an opportunity that few others get, and even fewer seriously contemplate. We plan to sell as many of our possessions as possible, and put the rest in storage here on the island. Our hope is to pick up living room shows and odd jobs along the way to help fund the trip, so if you’re interested in hosting a house concert or hiring Erik for photo work, please contact me at booking@camilundeen. We will also be playing a series of fundraising concerts in the Seattle area between now and when we leave in an attempt to help launch us on this great new adventure. We have an immense love for Vashon Island and its people and we plan to return upon the completion of our wandering, but we are open to wherever the road takes us, and we are willing to see where the music leads.
