So a bunch of Democrats want to bring back one of the most infamous and nefarious pieces of legislation in American history: the Alien and Sedition Act of 1798. They believe, apparently, that political criticism and dissent should be a crime (when it is directed at their party). Why am I not surprised...? Most liberals have tossed their civil liberties credentials out the window and have progressed on down into the realm of authoritarian statism.
