So a friend was telling me it would be fun if I played along with this.. and I had to because I liked her status. Lol. So.. here are 9 things you probably dont know about me... 1. I was raised by a Hyena and a Liar.. I mean a feminist and a lawyer. I saw more League of Women Voters meetings by the time I was 7 then I ever wanted to. Reminded me of a hen circle.. cluck cluck. Thank goodness for crayons and coloring books. Hehe. 2. I survived Catholic School. Yep.. Ms. I will burst into flames if I step foot in a church did 2 years in a Catholic prison where they made you learn. My time was easy though.. I was the vice principals pet so I got away with murder. 3. I use Love and Logic on everyone.. that is how I get you to do what I want and make you think its your idea. I usually call it the Redhead Mind Trick.. it just sounds cooler. Lol. 4. There are days where I hate every picture Ive ever taken and want to burn them all. Art makes people insane.. when you see it in your minds eye but cant get it out it is completely maddening. 5. I wrote a series of childrens stories when I was in my 20s. It started out as a dream and turned into a life of its own. Some of you have had the pleasure of hearing them.. I used to tell them to the kids as bedtime stories. :) 6. I was going to choose music over photography at one point in my life. I wanted to be a concert flutist and play with a symphony. There was always the huge matter of I have horrible stage fright though. 7. I live a very simple life. A lot of people think oh what a wild life because of what I do. That is my job not my life. I personally would rather stay home with friends and family for a quiet evening or go hiking in the woods. 8. I talk to my cat more than I talk to most people. I think this goes back to the art making you insane thing. He usually sits with me while Im editing or writing.. Im actually talking to myself (does that make me more crazy?) but he always answers. And sometimes.. he is the only intelligent conversation available. Lol. 9. Last but not least.. I am actually horribly shy. Doing what I am doing has been making me face this and get over it. When Im in business mode its easy.. Im a photographer we should work together. On a personal level.. its a whole other ballgame.
