So, a lot has been going on at the U.S/Mexico border lately, a lot involving the lives of children and women from Central America who are searching for safety and compassion from their neighbors. I am so excited to tell you that God has recently provided a way for me to use my love for Spanish to reach out to the people of Honduras, a country from which some of these people are coming. October 12th-19th I get to spend a week serving with a non-profit organization called H.O.P.E to build a library to give the people more access to education, work on a book fundraiser, and offer a medical clinic to the people in Tegucigalpa, Honduras! This is a non-profit volunteer trip and I will be supplying my own funds. HOWEVER, until October 12th, if anyone would like to bless me with a job; babysitting your kids, cleaning your house, mowing your lawn, in exchange for a donation to the library and medical clinic, it would be very appreciated.
