So, about the police. Screw them. Ive called the police for help so many times. Once when I had a gun (a double-barrel rifle) pulled out from under a bed in my presence by a drunk individual who was acting threatening. Another time when a man in a hoodie followed me into my yard at nighttime & even came up on the porch after I went inside & locked the door (thankfully the man left when I turned the porch light on). Yet another time when I made it home after being drugged at a party. These are only 3 examples of when Ive called the police for help. What happened? NOTHING. I was simply told to call a ride home from the apartment where this drunk individual pulled out the rifle. During the instance with the man who followed me up on to my front porch that night, I was told that he was probably just drunk & not to worry. And during the whole getting drugged experience, it was simply insinuated that I had no evidence. The police cause me to feel anxiety - not safety. Thats a problem.
