So after a long, hard fought battle with Comcast over their Bundle - TopicsExpress

So after a long, hard fought battle with Comcast over their Bundle deal, I have finally come out the winner! It took me 7 days and 6 hours worth of phone calls to take the victory, but it is finally done! We have been dealing with multiple issues with what Comcast calls Cable TV for about 2 years now and finally we had enough. We broke the 2 year agreement we had with them and switched back to Direct TV. We did decide to keep the high speed internet and home phone, just not the cable. They were going to charge us a $75 early termination fee, which I refused to pay, hence all of the phone calls that I made. In the end I was charged no termination fees and I received a reduced rate on my phone and internet for the next 12 months. I informed Comcast that I was not the one breaking the contract, they were breaking the contract by providing unwatchable cable tv and by having customer service reps with poor training and even worse attitudes. Kristine thought that I was wasting my time and that I could not break the all mighty Comcast, but with patience and superior intellect, I was able to defeat the corporate giant and get exactly what I wanted out of them, period! As an added kicker, I now receive the NFL Gameday package for free this year and I can actually watch my cable tv without wanting to shoot the tv. Its a small victory for mankind, but a proud victory~
