So after being even worse only 7 mo post-op by the ranked #3 - TopicsExpress

So after being even worse only 7 mo post-op by the ranked #3 neurosurgeon I’m looking at my 2nd surgery soon. In April while I was in surgery my, not soon enough ex-husband, thought it would be a good time to file for divorce, and had me served 8 days post-op (whatever I’m much better off without him). I have a good man now! Anyway, I still have medical records at the marital home, so I call my soon to be ex yesterday to ask for them. He’s yelling at me that, ‘I need to stop faking being sick and go back to work. I was never sick in the first place, and that I had just fooled the doctors into operating on me.’ I told him that I had just had my second MRI Flow study Saturday, and that once again I had no fluid around my brain. He starts yelling again that, ‘I just faking it, and that my surgeon is a flake. She doesn’t know crap about what she’s doing anyway.’ I couldn’t get a word in, and I wasn’t going to take the abuse that he so often dished out to me so I hung up on him. The worst part is I have a 12 years old and a 9 years old sons that he has custody of, and my 12 years old has symptoms of Chiari. I haven’t bothered to say anything to him, because I already know what his response will be. My son suffers from chronic headaches, nausea, neck pain, and upper back pain. To the point that he sit out for gym and comes home. He was keeping a headache log for a while, but this was before I had any idea that Chiari was as serious as it is. My husband was very controlling and would not let me do any research on my condition when I was with him. Thanks for listening, and prayers are accepted for my son(s) especially. Thx.
