So, another brilliant outcome results from a conversation with hubby. I told him that while I can accomplish a ton on Fridays and Saturdays, during the week I feel like Im at a standstill. I enjoyed sleeping in but when I drop the kids off at 8, and the have to go to Walmart and wait for hobby lobby to open at 9, its 930 or 10 before I get to the store. Then its booting up the computer and machines, answering questions, doing paperwork and trying to figure out what has to get done that day, I feel like Im losing over half the day. Some days it seems like Im just getting started when its time to go home because the kids need to get ready for school. :( I cant make them get up at four so I can go to work until they leave for school....but I can work from home :) yay!!! So starting tomorrow, an hour before I leave the store Im going to cut two dresses (Ill start with two and go from there). Im going to bring those two patterns and my sewing machine and serger home with me in the evenings so I can begin getting up at 4 and working until 8. This wont help with any embroidery items because Im not lugging my six needle machine home every night lol, but it will help on a lot of the quick, simple things I need to try and get out. So Im going to try that for the rest of the week and see how it goes :)
