So as I restarted the Candito 6 Week Program today, Im obviously going to record every session and log it to see how it goes. Squat I was happy-ish with but still not great, I put a single & double in there after the main sets without my adi-powers and they.. felt better and easier, not sure if they look better though. Still caving forward some. Deadlift was awesome, first time in months and months where its felt good. Ive noticed as the rep count goes up my form gets slightly worse, but tbh.. the reps were fast, bar path pretty much straight and it felt like I was lifting thin air, my hips rose a little as reps went on, and thats due to just fatigue and not really being used to high reps, on the second set I stopped after 3 reps, reset and did 3 more - I notice the more reps I do too the bar placement where I like it over my foot changes (which is why I reset). The training was like so: Squat - 107.5kg x6 for 4 sets Deadlift - 140kg x6 for 2 sets I did some assistance work aswell Hamstring Curls 50kg x10 40kg x10 40kg x10 Leg Extensions 50kg x12 55kg x12 55kg x12 Upperbody stuff tomorrow, looking forward to it very much so! youtu.be/D_Q78vB-4Mg
