So, as Im sure youve all heard, yes, CalonCon is back. Yes, I am making attendance mandatory for all group and deputy heralds. If you are neither a group or deputy herald, youre off the hook, however, it is still strongly encouraged that you attend. If you are interested in heraldry, this is a tremendous opportunity to meet and network with heralds in Calontir, and to learn from our heralds and find out what we all do. There may even be a special guest appearance. I promise I will keep things a brief as possible, but given that its us, I am more than willing to expand a 2 hour meeting into a longer one, given our predilection for gab. I may even bring cookies or some sort of treat (and if you are so moved, sure, lets potluck this if we can). I envision this more as a networking situation and not a ex cathedra announcement meeting, though I would like to bring up some of the things Id like to tackle during my tenure.
