So as part of my 12 week cut I will be doing a cycle of Ed Coans Deadlift Routine. You know me, I strongly believe you can make decent strength gains on a calorie deficit and I dont feel I am anywhere near where I should be deadlift wise, I think technique is a lot to blame for that. Some reps fly up like nothing, some feel harder than they should, its those reps that fly up where my technique is on point and I need to master repeating that process over and over. This was a helluva session! First time using bands for deadlifts and I really liked it. Im going to make something to fit on my rack to make the bands sit closer on the bar giving more tension. https://youtube/watch?v=l456r1uC_X0
