So basically they forced her to take a plea deal in order for them to drop the other charges. Why dont they just call it what it is? She has been charged with violation #1965 aka Being an uppity negro. And they wont let her get away with it. Ore pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor count of resisting arrest. Other allegations, including charges of obstructing a public thoroughfare, failing to provide identification and aggravated assault, were dismissed by the County Attorneys Office, according to prosecutors. Ores attorney, Alane Roby, explained her clients plea by noting that an unlawful arrest does not justify resisting arrest. Ore was arrested May 20 after she refused to provide her identification to an ASU police officer who stopped her for walking in the middle of the street in Tempe, according to police documents.
