So dads blood pressure rose to 203 over 124 in right arm and 177 over 124 in left. Two sprays of nitro, early doses of meds and a call to heart doctor who instructed me to do third nitro spray and wait for his call in five minutes...pressure dropped to 153 over 107...dr instructed fourth nitro spray and await second call... pressure dropped to 147 over 85 and dr is on call tonight should things progress again...tightness went from 4 out 10 range to 1 out of 10. No pain throughout the incident tho
