Not a great day. Got home to Fort Wayne last night, Joan was feeling terrible. Throwing up, severe back pain ... took her right to the ER. They did a CAT scan, found some internal bleeding around her adrenal gland (weird). They took her to Parkview North because that place has the 24-hour trauma center, and they thought they were going to have to operate. Around 3 am, they checked her into a room ... shes getting medication for the pain, but still throwing up occasionally. Doctors say no surgery for now, theyre keeping her for observation. More updates later.
