So disappointed today to see the website of a local group of home-based breeders. When you breed dogs to sell to make a profit, and use the terms, How to adopt a Puppy, and call your sales process Adoption Policy and Procedures; you do such a great disservice to all the hard-working volunteers at shelters and rescue groups. They work hard every day to save lives, and selling a dog is far different than what most people would consider adopting a dog from a shelter or rescue. Yes, you can argue that the term is accurate since the human is not the birth mother of the puppy. Way to use Search engine optimization to your profit-making advantage. What a shame that it probably works.
