So everyone here it is The Double Double - Animal Style from the pop up InNOut Burger in Parramatta. After a lengthy wait of only letting approx 10 people order at a time I walked in 2nd in my line. Burger was $5 soft drink $1 Chips $1 T-Shirts $4 I had been unfortunate in not being able to get to one when in LA in March so I had to jump at the opportunity. What can I say I was not let down 2 juicy well seasoned patties. Gooey melted American cheese, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, tangy pickle, tiny little onions that just pop and their spread/sauce that dances on the back of the tongue. Fresh slightly toasted bun all held together nicely. 4.8/5 pickles I rate it up there as a real tasty burger at a fantastic price but something about Huxtaburger just edges it out. Would definitely drive to the next pop up. Chips get -2/5 spuds as they were just a bag of Thins and hardly worthy of a photo
