So first time fudger and so happy to say my turkish delight fudge was succesful! Turned out amazing and tastes it too! I ended up just making up my own quantities as follows.... 2 blocks cadbury chocolate 1 block cadbury turkish delight 1 395ml can condensed milk Mine cooked really quickly as I have such a large slow cooker and went really thick and hard to work with so added in a very small sliver of butter (just your regular cuttlery table spoons worth)which brought it back nice and glossy and easier to pour out.
