So for a week now, ive had this weird wind or fan like noise in my ear, along with it being plugged. Ive lost sleep over it. Went to a regular Dr and they basically said that it was nothing and to take allergy pills. But i know myself, its not allergies so i ignored him. There was also pressure behind my eye (still is).I went to my CF clinic (in Reno) today and they were concerned especially since Im losing sleep over this. So it turns out that I have a really bad sinus infection, i actually HAD to get an appointment with an ENT dr today. Im being put on IV meds and oral meds. Also, for a few weeks now, Ive lost a lot of weight, Im supposed to be 88-90 and by August 20. Well, Im only at 83 right now. Ive been doing my feeding tube but its been making me nauseas, now I have to take nausea pills before. And more enzymes before. Im also going on IV lipids (fats) to help maybe boost up my weight. Im trying to keep a positive attitude about all this stuff going on, i know I can do it. But thats why i havent been updating much, just trying to take care of myself and figure out what the heck is going on. My next Stanford appointment is August 20th 😝 I could really use some positive vibes right now. And some Starbucks ;) haha
