So for pretty much the majority of the debate, Ive been a solid no. I was really unsure of a lot of things. When I properly looked into things I realised it was all scaremongering and that the things arent as theyve been made out by the media and the campaigns. The questions we want the answers to have been answered if you look into it. The pound is our pound and we wont loose it. Scotland is already part of the EU and theyre not going to kick us out because we are the 14th richest country in the world on our own, separate from England, and we have loads of resources that we can utilise. Westminster have control of our NHS budget and they keep cutting it. Areas of England have become privatised and it could go the same way here. Its the same with free tuition fees and free are for the elderly. If our budgets are cut and cut and cut, how will we continue to provide these services free of charge to Scotland? Our oil is exported through England, they send it from their own ports and we dont see a penny of it. Passports - you dont even need your passport to get to France let alone to cross the border. Utter nonsense. People are just being duped into believing all sorts of rubbish. Boris Johnson let slip that if it is a no vote, Scotland wont be given the extra powers promised. They cant even guarantee that, it has to go through Westminster first. Also, Boris Johnstone is apparently running for prime minister in the near future, that in itself is reason to vote no. This is our chance to take our future into our own hands, its a once in a life time opportunity for us a country. We will never be given this opportunity again. People die all over the world in wars in their fight for freedom and a say in the way their country is run. We are being given the option peacefully and without bloodshed. That in itself is amazing and shouldnt be overlooked. And it wont necessarily be salmond and sturgeon in charge. We get to vote in the government that we want so we arent voting for them, we are voting for an independent scotland. Not the parties involved or the politicians, its for us and the future of our country so that we can decide for ourselves how our country will be governed.
