So for the last month Ive been stuck in a food/motivation rut, just nothing has motivated me and then today i was looking at menus for some of the best restaurants in the world and feeling down cause i havent worked at any and then i thought, why to be creative and new thinking do i have to work at those places, why cant i do it in this amazing little resto in prince rupert, and the whole ppl here wont get it just doesnt fly, they sont get it cause theyve never had the option of amazing food that pushes boundaries, so tonight is dedicated to pushing my mind and talents to make an amazing menu.
