So for the last week Ive been training someone at work. What Ive taken away is that training people takes skills and patience, not everyone Is properly equipped to train or instruct others. While training, the student feels like he or she have grasped what is being taught, but instructor understands that the student still has more training to do. And while the student cries they are ready to go it alone the instructor knows that a few days of training barely scratches the surface. The instructor knows that to be properly equipped takes time and lessons learned. I say all that to say that in ministry God will send Men and Women of God who have already been where your trying to go into to your life to help you through the process. Dont rush just because you feel like you can do it, they see what you dont see. Its ok to have zeal but zeal without knowledge will get you in trouble!!! Night night!!!!
