So for the past 7 month comcast made errors on my bill... spent 30 to 40 min on the phone get it corrected over charges of 45 to 100 dollars each month...now a comcast truck was out side and disconnected the wrong house, my house, so they said they will send a technician to fix it and charge me ...I said what?? Hell NO! Thats not my fault and I should not be charged if he did not know what the hell he was doing.. Your tech turned it off have him come back and turn it on or I will go with a nother service! !! Idiots!!!
