So, for the past few weeks on my 5th day in a row of working, my left hand starts to ache and its tough for me to get through my last couple sessions, but always goes away in a few hours or at least the next day. Well, today my hand started hurting so bad I could hardly use it at all and when I tried to close my hand I couldnt and it hasnt gotten any better hours after not using it. I decided to look up what could be causing the pain and Im almost 100% sure I have tendonitis which can only be helped by long-term rest and potentially surgery. JUST what I need to not be able to use my hand when my hands ARE my career as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
