So forgot, that happens at my age, my friend Diana, who lives all the way up in the U.P. in Marquette. She reminded me we have been friends now 21 years and have spent the majority of those years separated by the miles. Still an amazing friend, she ALWAYS sends me multiple birthday cards each making fun of me of course for getting old, she always gets a chuckle from me through the miles. This year she sent me a jewelry bag full of pennies, 44, one for each year I have been alive, and as if that is not cool enough each penny is the years from 1969- present. It was so cool I had to share. I looked at each one and the year and thought about what was going on in my life within that year, I have had some wonderful friends and family memories. Thanks to Diana, and all those who are part of my vast memories of my life.
