So girls, those of you who know my story know that my boyfriend underwent a living donor liver transplant on 9/11/12 and it worked. 3 weeks ago he was diagnosed with lung cancer. Treatment started yesterday. This man is the strongest person I know. Please keep praying and I will periodically update this page with his progress. I knew I could count on my SCA SISTERS for prayer and support. I am truly humbled at those who have reached out to me, offering prayers, moral support and for being my sounding board. Not all his family knows yet so please do not post anything publicly on FB. He is a very private man. I, on the other hand, cannot keep it in. I nursed my mom through Alzheimers, nursed Anthony through the transplant and will do whatever is in my power to help him through these trying times. Im a mush at times, but when it comes to the bottom line, I have the strength to make him comfortable, be his companion, lover, shoulder to cry on and nurse.
