So got a private message from a friend, coworker, nursing instructor and a person that I believe is a true reflection of what a nursing instructor should be on how I made her students day! When I work the floor and balance my supervisor role when I have a student I feel guilty sometimes. Obviously, I made a difference by her experience and it makes me feel SO good. I always thought nurses that ate their young and made their clinicals negative was the opposite of what WE as nurses to mold the future should do! THANK YOU FOR THE KIND WORDS AND PLEASE REMEMBER ALL NURSES THAT AT SOME TIME YOU WERE A STUDENT TOO! They just want to learn!
