So had a pretty good day of working out to relieve some stress. Started out in the AM. Did some light cardio, dynamic stretching, knocked out 100 total pushups and 50 back dips. Pushups were 20 back bridges, 20 with resistance bands, 20 with perfect pushups, 20 with neutral grip rings and 20 on the Iron Gym. "Pushups are all about quality"- Ethan Reeve. 2x NCAA Wrestling All-American at UT, Former UT Chattanooga head wrestling Coach and current strength and Conditioning Coach at WFU :)
