So... had someone decide to pass someone else in Santiago Canyon this morning... on a blind curve... in the rain. Due to my forgetfulness, I ALMOST got around them without issue, but I pre-overcompensated for what I thought was too-much veer, then let off the gas, causing trailing throttle oversteer to spin me out and run off the road. put the spare tire on, re-connected the battery (the tray broke free!), drove it home, put some dry clothes on, switched cars, and was only half-an-hour late for my meeting this morning! Still at work, and I havent given Rusty a thorough check to see if there is any noticeable damage. All that in about 3 or 4 seconds at only 45MPH! Shoulda taken a photo, durnitt!
