Walked up to the pharmacy and was the only one around with the folks busy and heads down behind the counter. So, while waiting, a lady walked up and stood right next to me. Then, when one of the pharmacists freed up, she went up to her/the other customer (not knowing who was first). The lady didnt say anything like Oh she was first and she continued to let the pharmacist wait on her which entailed calling the insurance company and other time-consuming issues. When the pharmacist said that she was sorry it was taking so long, that lady said no biggy, Im not in a hurry That put me over the edge. I said, I was waiting before her and I am in a hurry. No apology from that other lady. How flipping rude. I would never do that.
