So hard buying a house being renovated and having no control over subs. If I were in charge I would have fired nearly every one of them weeks ago. The painter is great, the others, not so much. Just had to walk out and pray that everything gets done and that all the wood floors are not ruined in the process. Amazing that common sense seems to be given to so very few. Also, news flash....smoking in my garage with all my furniture there (and the interior door open) is not cool with me. It works as a vacuum Einstein and the house begins to smell like smoke. Some days I wonder if it will ever get done. Too late to walk away.
