So here are some photos from the adoption event at Home Depot Clear Lake Shores. We had Carrie, Romper, Dylan and Oscar & Lucy (2 dachshunds that are fostered). Our volunteers were Jim Kiely Jr, Georgia, Karen Preston Wieme with her daughter Raina, and Dominique Blesi!! It was extremely hot and exhausting! We gave it our best but no dogs were adopted or fostered to adopt! However, when we got back to the shelter, Gracie has someone very interested in her! And a man who saw us at the event, brought his wife to see Dylan, but they decided to foster to adopt 2 small dogs, Pip and Sparky! Ended up not being a total loss for all our efforts!!
