So here is a video that will make you think about a few things. Though these children are literally starving, they find comfort and are grateful for he little bit that they have. It infuriates me to see this happening to any child, regardless of where they are. The beginning statement she makes saying people are so wasteful angers me that the organization responsible for the video asks for funding to feed people, ye it is very clear that money being given for such projects is not being utilized for that purpose. You continue to see ads on TV...for just the price of a cup of coffee you can feed children like this for a week. BULLSHIT! I cannot believe that the MILLIONS of dollars being send to hunger fighting organizations is being used for that purpose. If it was then why the hell are we seeing video of a 10 year old picking crumbs of bread from the mud to have something to eat with their water and spices soup. STOP GIVING TO THESE ORGANIZATIONS!!!! THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING RELIEF FOR THESE CHILDREN. If you want to help, find a family in your neighborhood and provide a meal for them. There are plenty of children in your back yard who are going without food everyday. Start taking care of our own, at least then you know your money is not being used to line the pockets of some hot shot who is running a NON PROFIT organization.
