So here is my question. I work in a specialized field that requires special skills and constant training. Because I have those skills and that training I make 4 times the minimum wage. What happens to my wages? Do I get a raise too? Do I get $40.40 an hour? Or are my skills no longer of such value? Are the years of developing those skill and completing that training just wasted years? And if you agree and raise my wages to $40.40 an hour then what was the point of all this. I still make 4 times what the burger flipper makes. But now it is $30.00 more instead of $20.00 more. So I ask you. Am I over paid?
