So here is what is going on and why Im up so late: I got served to be in court by my landlady. Well I hope she realizes whats going to happen. From day one (August 2013) I have been leasing from Lisa Gilpen. The first thing that went wrong was the roof was leaking. I was living in a storage unit with a door and a bathroom. I had to replace my first stove. I was paying 400 plus electric. Then she Offered me a place in Nitro on (August 2014) 3rd ave. When I moved into this place Ive had to replace the floor and when I pulled up the carpet I found mold... Im highly allergic to mold and it could have killed me...so i put down a new floor and she got mad cause I had to put down new floor..THEN I had to put in my own AC and Heating. She got mad cause I had to silicone and mold in the AC window unit. When I told her that I had to put screen on the screen door and rig in the AC, she told me that Its not my responsibility to take care of the AC and heating, and the maintenance. So I told her that I was going to take it out of my rent, since I never got my deposit from the other place back. So when winter rolled around, I turned on the floor heating units, they almost caught the whole place on fire. So I went back to using a space heater. Now she had my neighbor serve me with papers to goto court. I will own this place because everything she has done thus far is illegal. Im going to DHHR in the morning and seeing what they say but Im pretty sure what she has done is illegal.
