So here we are, an emergancy trip to AI Dupont in DE because needless to say the flush didnt work, Arianna didnt have any results, couldnt breathe right, and was very swollen. Drs main concern was fluid build up around her heart, and then impaction. So, x rays showed just now there is several issues going on, there IS fluid, there is also A LOT of solid stool sitting there, and the doctors wonder if shes had a real decent poop since her heart surgery 2 MONTHS ago when she had all of the narcs. So the plan NOW is to not only do more Lacix, but also Arianna will also be getting the red tube. Lord have Mercy on this Momma..Yes, it is about as unpleasant as it sounds. Arianna has already started arguing with the doctors over her medicine, she feels totally entitled to have sleeping meds instead of Versed Which will make me crazy and I tend to agree with her- KNOCK HER OUT! I Do not say those words lightly, but when you are dealing with a child who weighs 125lb solid and your talking about tubes and vacuums in places you dont want them, it might be safer all around.
