:: So, heres my accident from over the weekend. I usually wait awhile to upload it, but theres really nothing to dispute here. I had two cars in front of me stop on a green light to allow pedestrians to cross when I got rear-ended. The whiplash still hurts and I have to continue meds for a bit. Ripped tissue or overstretched ligaments are common in whiplash cases, but I have to wait until next Monday before I can confirm any of those cases. The doctor says if pain continues longer than next Monday, I will need physiotherapy. The impact literally ripped the toque off my head and my glasses were thrown in the back seat lol Yesterday it was so painful I couldnt hold up my own head while laying down. The doctor said the first two days after an accident its most painful. Having to do everything like you have an invisible neck brace is annoying and painful if you turn your head the wrong way. So, tomorrow should hopefully be better. And I recommend reading this article on low-impact accidents and whiplash. You really wouldnt think little accidents would cause such injuries, but they do.
