So heres my critique on the cashew milk ice cream. Texture-7. Although it stayed easy to spoon, its more like ice milk. Richness-7. Next time I will bump up the amount of cashews till it is richer and thicker milk. Flavor-6. Next time I will use regular sugar. The brown rice syrup has a very prominent flavor that interfered with the chocolate. Next I will try a caramel macchiato flavor; and make sure the milk consistency is to my liking. After all, Im not drinking it.
