So heres my gripe today with that wonderful Willy Wonka slimming organisation that you count points with instead of just learning which foods are good for you and which foods are actually harmful like margarines and processed snacks they encourage you to buy at every meeting??? Most Diet Consultations I do are with women who have been with this company for years on and off and back on again! Every time its the same answers I get? You are discouraged from eating certain foods because of the points value of these items! 3 items I would put in everyones diet ideally would be SALMON, MACKEREL and AVOCADO. Why? Because they are freakin awesome for you full stop! But people on these Willy Wonka diets are too afraid to eat them simply because they are too many points and high in fat! WTF??? The only fats you get from these 3 sources are ESSENTIAL meaning you would die without them in your diet! As for 6 points for salmon or mackerel fillets and 4 points for half an avocado just goes to prove how flawed this ridiculous point scoring system is which then leads to UNDEREATING something that again over 80% of women I consult are doing and therefore beating themselves before they start! My advice? Eat these foods everyday that are NUTRIENT DENSE and your body will thank you for it! Look out for tomorrows email on how we can get rid of unwanted fat. Youll be surprised!!!
