So heres my product review of the TreeLax hanging chair. I recently purchased it from Orscheln s on sale for $29.99 (originally $36). This is a chair that hangs from a tree, similar to a hanging tree stand but without the platform. As I have become older, my body does not like to sit on the ground and it lets me know. Cramping, stiffness, numbness. You name it, I experienced it. And with all this fun stuff going on, I spent more time fidgeting around, reducing my chances of success. Portable stools and chairs sucked. They made my ass and back hurt. No more!! Assembly took less than 10 minutes and required three bolts and nuts, and some velcro. This chair collapses flat and transports easily. I simply attached it to my day pack and went. No problems. The seat holds 300lbs. Once strapped to the tree, the seat is suspended from the hangers by nylon straps. The seat is 24 wide (my tush fits fine between the armrests), thick padding, and literally forms to your butt. The back pad is extra thick and is comfortable. These come with padded arm rests. I find they are the perfect length to rest your elbows, and still give you room on your lap for your bow or gun. I took this chair out in the woods today and sat in it for two hours with no issues. I absolutely love it. It was well worth the money and I look forward to puting it to good use.
